Neopolitian Style pizza dough

The absolute best part of pizza for me is the chewy and flavorful crust. This pizza dough has amazing flavor due to its longer fermentation process which deepens the simple flavors. I love being able to taste every quality ingredient of a pizza, so I like to keep my toppings for it pretty simple as well with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, blended san Marzano tomatoes with basil and some quality pepperoni!
This dough recipe is only hands on for about 5 minutes then time does the rest! It's super easy to work with and absolutely worth the 5 minutes to make!

Neopolitian Style pizza dough
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp yeast
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups water
Mix together, cover with saran wrap and allow to ferment on the counter for about 20 hours and up to 24 hours.
Separate into 2 dough balls and cover in saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to use! Take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you want to make pizza and bake pizza in a 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!
