Garlic Parmesan Carrots

These crispy, garlicky, melt-in-your-mouth carrots are a great sidekick to any meal! They are kid-friendly because they are packed with flavor, and the cheese always helps too!
Whether you're having burgers for dinner or going to a fancy dinner party, these are a must-have at the table!
Who said you had to sacrifice nutrition for our taste buds to dance!
Recipe:
5 carrots, peeled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Set the oven to 375 degrees.
Slice the carrots in half lengthwise, then cut them into quarters to resemble fries.


Put the carrots in a medium bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients. Spread them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the carrots are fully cooked and begin to crisp up. Serve and enjoy!
